Yes. A high-resolution image works best. It is shown on the guest RSVP page and can use landscape, square or portrait proportions.

Any time. Open the event, change what you need, and the public RSVP page updates immediately.

Every event has its own link. Send it by message or email, or add its QR code to an invitation. Guests reply without signing up.

Yes, from the event card in your dashboard. We ask you to confirm before the event and its guest data are permanently removed.

They open your link, provide their name and email, choose whether they are attending, and add dietary notes or a plus-one when enabled.

If you enable it. The guest adds the name and any dietary needs, and both appear in your guest list.

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and custom notes appear beside the guest and are included in the CSV export.

Yes, per guest, in the guest management view. This is useful for weddings and seated dinners.

A CSV export gives you every guest with their status, dietary notes, plus-ones and table assignment.

They return to the same link and reply with the same email address. The new answer replaces the old one.

Confrmly uses encrypted connections, row-level database security and hashed passwords. Your guest list is visible only to you.

No. Event and guest data are scoped to your host account.

Never. Guests open the event link and submit the RSVP form directly.

It stays with you until you delete the event. We do not market to your guests or pass their details to third parties.

Every modern browser, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Keep yours current for the smoothest experience.

There are currently no hard limits on either. Events of all sizes are welcome.
